I would refer Ed Butts Ford to anyone I know and will continue making the trek. I was referred to Ed Butts Ford nearly 10 years ago. I bought a brand new truck which I still own from Boone, great guy. I drive the truck only 5 miles off the lot when I noticed a large sharpie like mark on the kick panel under the steering wheel. I drove back and met with Manny in service. He saw the mark and never accused me of doing it or any fault of mine at all. He told me he could order one for me, or take one off of a brand new truck in the back. Either way was a solution and I was taken care of. This attention to customer service has been bringing me back ever since. I live almost 15 miles away and pass 2 Ford dealerships to come here.

Now to present day. I bought my new baby, a used Raptor from a buddy. I had service some months back and brought a hiccup to their attention regarding the service. I was there today to get my lost door code retrieved. Jason in service, apologized for the hiccup and comp’d my door code retrieval. This was far more generous then they needed to be.

I haven’t had any reason to complain so 5 stars to you. I have been coming here off and on for a few years for service. I have had warranty transmission work, recall work, and general maintenance without too much problem. They have been far more serviceable than other dealers I went to like Sunrise Ford in Fontana. I also plan to get 4 tires soon and they have been as fair as any other shop and willing to price match if I bring in a work order. No major complaints overall and from my experience I would consider buying a car here if the sales staff and financial managers are as good as the service has been.

Very nice, no games, easy to deal with Ford dealer located in a tough city.  Nice sales & managers we dealt with.  Looking at that time to replace our aging 3 row seat SUV that was getting on in years. Found a used certified 2012 Ford Explorer – actually 2 of them – they were local trade ins with service history so that was a better feeling than “auction” cars where you don’t know where they have been or how they were serviced if at all.

Test drive went well, but too short (too many right turns) and didn’t get a feel on the freeways. Seating for the 1st and 2nd was very nice and comfy but the 3rd row was tiny and made for munchkins. Prices were high listed on the website and on the sales floor but when you start talking about numbers, the prices actually goes way down.  Yes, way down – like thousands below what they originally asked for.

Their sales manager was very friendly and showed us our options – new vs. used.  Guess that all depends on the time of year and any incentives the factory has on its cars.  We did not get the car, but at least we got a good idea of what is out there.

I took my 2013 Ford Focus to Ed Butts for transmission problems.  Originally, I took it to Colley Ford in Glendora.  Colley told me they did not have the part and it would be weeks before they would have it.  Colley also informed me they would not provide a rental car.  So basically, I had no car due to a warranty issue and Ford would not help me with a rental car.  I could not afford to pay $300/week for an unknown time, so I called other Ford dealers.  I talked to Jason at Ed Butts.  He assured me they had the parts necessary and even helped me get my car towed from Colley Ford.  He got my car fixed that same day!

I got rid of the rental car and am now driving my car again.  Jason and Ed Butts are professional, helpful, and they care about their customers.  He even called me the next day to make sure the car was working properly.  They saved me hundreds of dollars in rental car expense.

I love dealing with Jason G. I originally bought my 2013 Explorer here, but since I live in the IE I would get my services done out there. After several oil changes and problems I stopped going to the one in the IE, and only come here. I love dealing with Jason G. He’s very detailed and goes over everything I might need and answers all my questions. My tv was not working and I didn’t have warranty info, he went out of his way to contact the company and within a day they sent over a brand new replacement piece FREE! I only had to pay for the installation.

Thank you Ed Butts Ford for having such awesome people. My first time coming to Ed Butts Ford and it’s not far from where I live.  Why did it take me so long this place is awesome.  I just stopped to order a part for my car.  Since I was there I stopped by service to ask a few questions.  Being female usually I feel awkward at the other dealer I usually go for servicing .  I felt very comfortable and my questions regarding my car were answered honestly.  I was told what was under warranty and if I had to pay what the fee would be.  They serviced my car and I went home content . Well the next day the check engine light went on.   I went back left my car and they called to tell me the problem It was serviced everything was up front no surprises.   I also, since my car was there had the air conditioning fixed.  I usually fill like I’m being taken advantage of when taking my car to be serviced at the other place.

There was no pressure I wasn’t intimidated in any way or made to feel that I was obligated to leave my car there .  The customer service  agent Jason Gonzalez was very professional, helpful and honest. Thank you Ed Butts Ford for having such awesome people who go above and beyond to help a female who knows nothing about cars and doesn’t feel taken advantage of.

I will definitely be coming back! Couldn’t believe I found a Ford Dealer with 5 stars on yelp after going through several pages of 2.5 star or worse reviews for other dealerships. I was still a little worried because there were only 4 reviews total, but they definitely deserve the rating!

I needed to get my Ford Escape serviced for a safety recall. I called them at 9am on Monday morning, out of the blue, and asked if they had the parts and could see me that day. He said he did have the parts and I could come in any time and it would take 45 minutes to complete (which I also found shocking considering reviews of other dealerships where people scheduled in advance and still suffered from huge delays)

I ended up arriving at 12:30 which was during lunch, so I was told that it would be finished at 2pm and they were happy to direct me to local restaurants. Technically that was my bad so I won’t hold it against them and they were very friendly about it.  I did also ask about getting something else on my car checked as long as I was there and they told me that then it would take until 3. I couldn’t wait that long so I said no thanks and they were fine with it.

They serviced my car, didn’t make any attempts to sell me additional parts or service I didn’t want or need, and had it done at exactly 2pm! Very friendly and efficient. There were at least 4 or 5 other customers getting service around the same time as me, and that didn’t slow them down.

I had never been here or bought anything from them before, but when I do want to actually get my car serviced, I will definitely be coming back!

Great Customer Service. I went in to the dealership looking to buy a used car. They were extremely friendly and did not hassle me and I felt really comfortable through the whole process. They were extremely honest and explained every detail about the purchase in detail. We were able to get a good price and they were able to help us make a deal.
